TechEDMentor iOS provides Crop Mode feature, which can crop the blank edges of PDF pages to adjust the page sizes to the best fit.
1. Go to Documents 
and open a PDF file as needed to enter the reading page;
2. Click 
in the top menu bar;
3. Tap on the toggle of the Crop Mode to turn on this feature.
