TechEDMentor underwent a full upgrade on October 20, 2024, introducing a membership account system. For customers who purchased our product before this date, the benefits will not be displayed under the new membership account (but all paid features remain usable).
If you wish to associate your historical benefits with your account, please follow the steps below:
1. Launch TechEDMentor;
2. Log in to your account;
3. Click the profile picture in the upper right corner, and a reminder "Transfer the license rights to your account" will show on the card;
4. Click on the reminder to transfer your historic benefits.
Note
After transferring, you can enjoy the following benefits:
1. The original license rights will be completely bound to your account, and you will not lose anything.
2. We will invalidate your old license. You no longer need to unbind license or activate the license.
3. You can sign in to your email to use your rights on different devices with the purchased platform, which is convenient and fast.
4. After transferring, we will give you 1-Year AI Tools (including AI Summarize, AI Rewrite, AI Proofread, and AI Translate).
