How to Add Backgrounds to PDFs?

A background displays behind the text or image. You can use a solid color, an image, or a file to be a background. Changing the backgrounds of PDFs can make you read more comfortably.

 

Add Background Individually

1. Open your file with TechEDMentor; 

2. Click Edit on the toolbar -> Background -> Add Background;

3. Choose the source of the background from Color or File at the right sidebar:

    - Color Background: You can insert a solid color background.

    - File Background: You can insert a background in image format.

4. Set the properties of the background: The ratio of the background file can be modulated by yourself. You can also set the appearance of the background, including Rotate, Opacity, and Page Range, then click Apply;

    

Add Background in Batches

1. Open your file with TechEDMentor;

2. Click Edit on the toolbar -> Add Background -> Batch;

3. Or click Tools on the toolbar > Batch > Background;

4. Add Files in the upper left of the dialog box;

5. Click + Button in the upper right corner to design your background; then click Apply

    

         

Note:

You can rename the background and add it to Template, so you can use the same background next easily.
